Tyger River Children's Center had its beginnings in the fall of 2000 as an outreach of Tyger River Presbyterian Church. The Board of Directors began meeting in January of 2001 with the dream of a faith-based program that would bring the love of Christ to the community's children. When the first class began in the fall of 2002, the children of Tyger River Children's Center reaped the benefits of many hours of dedicated service to glorify the name of Jesus. Our program strives to develop a reputation as a quality Christian environment with faith based and educational programs.

Our mission at Tyger River Children's Center is to help students develop physically, socially, intellectually, and spiritually in a safe and loving Christian environment.
